About me:
I am married and a passionate mother of three children and a small dog.
I have tried out different sports all my life. In 2013 I trained as a Zumba instructor and in 2019 as an aqua fitness trainer and since then I have been able to gain a lot of training experience. Due to the Corona pandemic, we have offered many courses online.
In 2021, I acquired my skills as a hula hoop instructor through further training at the STB Academy and in 2022 I specialized in hula hoop training and have been teaching several hula classes a week since then.
I am a very active and motivating person who shares my passion for fitness and exercise with others. I hope that I can inspire my participants with my enthusiasm.
My motto: The journey is the destination.
