Instructions for use for the Kunterbunt tire
Due to the strong impact on abdominal and other body muscles,
You may experience muscle soreness or bruising in the first two weeks.
Instructions for use of the tire for children:
- This product is intended solely as a fitness and training device
- This product is not a toy
- This product is only suitable for children with the weight (750g).
Recommended Use:
* In the first week 1-3 minutes per day
* 3-5 minutes daily, during the second week
* 5-10 minutes daily after two weeks
(No more than twice a week)
Excessive exercise could cause bruising in the first two weeks. Please start with gentle exercises. If bruising continues after the first two weeks, please consult your doctor for instructions on how to use the hoop correctly.
Warning:
Pregnancy, cancer, spinal injuries and general poor health are contraindications to the use of this product. The use of the Kunterbunt tire is prohibited under these circumstances as misuse of this product could result in serious injury. If you have any health problems, please consult your doctor before use.
Do not use the device for more than 20 minutes at a time.
