In order to reduce your weight or to generally live a healthier life, diet is also a very important point. I've been on what feels like 4,205 diets in my life. Sometimes more, sometimes less successful. But all of my 4205 diets had one thing in common: the yo-yo effect followed again and again. I quickly gained weight again and became increasingly unhappy. At some point I asked myself why. Why exactly did I always want to lose weight? Is a slim body so important? Today I can answer this with a clear NO. Being slim is no longer my goal for a long time. Being HEALTHY is my goal. I want to have a healthy body and I certainly can't get that from chocolate and chips. Of course I still eat it, but more consciously. I have decided to do something good for my body.
The goal is to enjoy consciously. I could write a whole book here now, I can feel it pouring out of me, but of course I have already discussed nutrition heavily in my books, but you will also find everything about workouts and routines in my books.
